Hi there. I'm Michelle.

I’m a systems-thinker product designer with over a decade of experience, helping people make complex, high-stakes decisions— whether that's finding a home on Zillow or booking a trip on Expedia. I'm experienced in solving problems across platforms and devices, crafting product strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to ship user-centered experiences in spaces like search, e-commerce (including agentic commerce), marketplace, and geolocation.

Prior to my time working on the future of travel and helping home-buyers find their next home easier, I worked in the mobile space when it was an emerging technology; designing the BlackBerry operating system, then iOS and Android apps.

I’m also an active member of my local design community; mentoring, writing, and occasionally speaking at events.

When I'm not designing, I like to maximize my time away from screens. You’ll find me snowboarding, traveling, hand-lettering, playing with clay, and chasing my childhood dream of learning to play soccer.
